Lisa McCune

West Coast Sales Manager | UT

Lisa’s love of the wild extends beyond the mountains – a place she often finds herself getting lost in.  When she isn’t immersing herself in the beauty of Utah’s national parks, she’s on the road sharing the Verlasso story with chefs and consumers alike.  Lisa’s warmth and knowledge come through in every conversation, and she is always more than happy to talk about sustainable salmon. Bill Hewitt

East Coast Sales Manager | MA

With his old-school mustache and years of experience (not to mention his unmistakable Bostonian accent), Bill travels the Eastern seaboard sharing his knowledge of sustainable seafood.  When he’s not on the road advocating for Verlasso, he spends his time spoiling his grandkids or refining his game on the golf course. Tom Settineri

Midwestern Sales Manager | IL

Based in Chicago, Tom has developed a sales strategy to build a new category of branded farmed salmon. He has expanded sales through new distributor and retail partners, and built business through creative promotional support and merchandising programs. He is responsible for managing sales volume, distribution, pricing and merchandising objectives through all distributor and retail partners; as well as customer communication, brand advocacy, forecasting, expense management and driving profitability. Chris Sandagato

Southeastern Sales Manager | NC

Chris has much experience in the fish and seafood industry, having worked across the country to build awareness around sustainability in the sector. With an AOS degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America, his skill set, paired with his culinary knowledge, allows Chris to speak on all levels of the business. Chris loves spending time outdoors, especially when it comes to golfing or fishing. He’s also a self-described “beer connoisseur” and whether it be fish, brisket, pork or chicken, likes experimenting with his smoker on the weekends. Follow his work here.

Moises del Rio

General Manager, Verlasso Salmon  |  FL

Moises has been in the global Seafood industry for nearly five years. He was formerly in the wine industry working in South Africa for Concha y Toro.  He has a passion for the fish and seafood industry, bringing experience in sales strategy, new business development, project management/innovation and strategy across international markets. Kathy Liz

Marketing Manager |  FL

Kathy has been with Verlasso for over three years, executing marketing strategies and initiatives that expand brand awareness and enhance profitability of the sustainable salmon brand. She has created and launched collateral material that displays and ensures brand awareness. Kathy supervises a social media team in content creation, customer monitoring, and brand-voice engagement. She has also developed content and digital marketing resources for webpages, the company blog, and newsletter communications.


Claudia Torres

Logistics Coordinator |  FL

Claudia has been with Verlasso for 3 years overseeing the ordering and planning process between Chile and the US. She an integral part of making the journey of Verlasso arriving to each customer as seamless as possible. When she is not in the office, you can find her playing with her dog Maya. She a history buff and loves classical Pilates. If you need a hand with anything, she is the right person to call.
